Meet Ralph the SnowDuck

I took the train from the city to spend New Year's Eve/Day with my uncle's family in Connecticut. It was snowing in New York when I left, and about six inches had accumulated by the time I got to CT. It was The Perfect Snow, the kind that is light and powdery but still packable. It makes that delicious, satisfying crunch under your feet, and it's great for snowballs, snow forts, and ... SnowDucks.

Thanks guys! I wanted to work on it a little more, but I was rushing b/c I thought tonight’s game started at 5pm ET, not 5pm PT. Ah well. If it doesn’t rain/freeze tonight, I’ll go back and draw in some tail feathers.

My inspiration was Sleek’s aqua duck toon, whose name (I think?) is Ralph.* Unfortunately, making an upright snowduck is harder than you’d think, and by the time I realized that my Ralph looks nothing like the real one, it was too late to change the name.
