A whopping "congrats" out to Tom Benjamin (my blog hero), Paul Kukla, and Greg Wyshynski for a very capable showing in Hockey Night in Canada's playoff preview. They did a fantastic job of representing our little corner of the universe, I thought, except it should be pointed out that I never put on a tie to blog (BoC is business-casual).

And really, how awesome is it to be called out by Ron MacLean about your Canucks MVP selection? That's damn impressive. Throw in the fact that Fear the Fin is now conducting inteviews with Randy Hahn, and wow -- this internet is going places.

Also be sure to check out Wyshynski's Puck Daddy Preview of this Sharks/Ducks series -- amazingly well put together, considering all the volume of content he produces.

Thats good, cause I don’t read it with a tie on either. Although I often read it with a labcoat on.

Yeah, but I’m not sure I’d come off that differently. I’d probably get nervous and end every sentence with “Go Ducks.”

Puck Daddy preview

Wyshynski’s Puck Daddy Preview of this Sharks/Ducks series — amazingly well put together, considering all the volume of content he produces.

No doubt. They must be offshoring. I keep picturing this warehouse of people in India watching NHL hockey 24/7 and practicing emulating Wysh’s style.

Then when people ask them about their jobs, they sigh: “You wouldn’t understand.”
