Wanted to throw out that question: is anyone going to Game 5 (if necessary) in San Jose? Does anyone have a burning desire to go and would like to sit with me (I'll bathe!!!)? Better yet, does anyone have an extra ticket or anything of that nature?

I'm going to be scrambling around Dallas trying to tie up some loose ends for a bit, so don't feel burned if your comment/e-mail isn't answered immediately.

If there's more than one person who's interested(who am I kidding?), it will probably come down to:

1. Price vs. seat quality: Ideally, cheap is nice but who knows if I'll ever get to go on a California hockey trip again? So if you had some spectacular tickets but your friends all have the mumps then I'd be willing to listen. Just don't give me the mumps.

(Sorry, I just watched an actually decent episode of "Family Guy" that centered around the mumps.)

2. Timeliness: Although I won't be able to check my e-mail for a couple hours, I'd probably make whomever e-mails me first "the tie-breaker." Meaning, if all the variables are about equal then it would come down to who contacts me first.

3. Super secret other terms: There may be some other things that factor into my decision, so no guarantees. One hint, though: if I've spoken with you then you have an edge over someone I don't know. Naturally.

ANYWAY, let me know what you fine folks are thinking.
