Sharks-Ducks, Game 5: Post-Game Chatter

I suppose the upside is that I can procrastinate a bit more on that eulogy nonsense.

Yeah, the whole job thing does tend to muck things up. I don’t think I’ll be able to make the trek down to game 6.

There ought to be an SB feature that blocks comments between 1:00 and 6:00 AM, if only for the above post.

Anyway, I only watched the third and OT, but that was some good shit. My, but the Sharks don’t like making things easy on themselves past mid-April.

The Sharks are like a bad, crazy girlfriend that has figured out exactly the right buttons to push to keep you in the relationship. She can be so awesome, and is most of the time, but then treat you like utter trash when you really need her to be cool. And just when you think, “That’s it, I’m done,” (games 1, 2, and 4) she does something (game 5) that makes you think, “well, maybe one more chance.”

So far, it’s never been quite enough to make you accept all the crap she pulls. But it is enough to keep you in her life and hoping she’ll figure her shit out.
