Alex Frolov Speaks

I need to move to Russia.

Alex Frolov gave an interview to The Hockey News.  It's pretty boilerplate but still interesting stuff for a devoted Frolophile like myself.  A few interesting quotes:

First Hockey Memory: "When I won Russian championship as a kid for the first time (age 10)."

His first hockey memory is from when he was 10?  The hell?

Favorite Uniforms: "L.A. Kings. I like this crown."

Favorite Arena To Play: "Staples. I like it. Staples."

Funniest Player(s) Encountered: "Should I say (Sean) Avery? Funniest player, good sense of humor - yeah, I give it to him. Avery. (Why?) He's just yappin' all the time, talking and making some jokes."

I will bet you $500 that Frolov and Avery never said 5 words to one another while they were on the Kings.

Personality Qualities Most Admired: "I don't know. Let me think...I would say for someone to be honest."

A solid choice.  Alex Frolov has no time for two-faced people.

Hobbies/Leisure Activities: "I like to read. I like chess pretty good, but it's hard to find a partner here."
