SBN Mock Draft: Your Opinion

James Mirtle is coordinating a massive undertaking here at SBNation, using all the NHL blogs to come up with a 30-team mock draft for the 1st round of the NHL draft. I'm in charge of the Los Angeles delegation and wanted to get your opinion on who I should pick tomorrow. Well, I've already picked my guy for tomorrow, but I want to make you feel important. I have nothing against Kings but Kovalchuk so stays in Eastern conference… don’t even think about trying anything!

And mr. Pääjärvi Svensson would be so exellent choice.

Although I doubt he’ll be around at #5. He seems to have a mean streak to him, which I imagine appeals to Dean-O. Don’t let us down tomorrow, Rudy!!!!!

You can use this year’s draft picks in the acquisition of a big name, and still be able to participate in RFA a month later, by using your 2010 draft picks, which presumably will be much higher picks than this year, with the acquisition of a couple good names. I’d totally do that, considering how well stocked the Kings cupboard ought to be after years of high draft positions.
