My 53th-favorite movie is Dumb and Dumber. As Rudy and I have discussed in the past, it's difficult to compare pure comedies against other genres. I love this movie so much, but it's hard for me to say that it is a GREAT movie. It does have the honor of being the highest-ranked purely comedic film on my Flickchart though.
I have about five minutes to write this, so there's not going to be anything of value here. I know that you all just want to quote Dumb and Dumber anyways, so please do that in the comments.
Prediction: Kick his ass, Sea Bass! Sharks win 4-1, with goals from the four dumbest guys on the team.

What's the stupidest movie you like?
I don’t mean one that you secretly think is good, but one that you know is a bad movie, but you like it anyway.
Here are some candidates: Crank, Crank 2: High Voltage, Wet Hot American Summer, Triple X, The Waterboy, the later Peter Sellers Pink Panther movies, Idiocracy, most Mel Brooks movies….
My favorite stupid movie is Road House. It’s unbelievably stupid, but takes itself incredibly seriously. It’s epic. Dozens and dozens of people die so a town can be safe for a TGI Fridays.

The Pink Panther and A Shot in the Dark are two of my favorite movies. The ones from the ’70s and early ’80s got really dire, but I love them because when I was 9 I loved them.
Just like how Roger Moore James Bond movies are stooopid, but I also like them a lot.

Robin Hood: Men in Tights, for the prosecution. It’s terrible, and has nothing funny in it at all, like Scary Movie bad. I like Mel Brooks movies, but they are almost all really stupid, with some awesome mixed in. I should also point out that all those movies I listed above I like, despite them being kind of bad.
Blazing Saddles, The Producers, Young Frankenstein, Silent Movie, Spaceballs, pretty awesome. It’s borscht belt slapstick, which can be great, but can also be really groan-inducing.
