My roommate is an obnoxious bandwagon kings fan that has a counterfeit #99 “Gretezky” jersey. He will be drunk and shouting insults while violently threatening little kids with Sharks shirts on. Nobody will pay attention to me as I sit there quietly in my Ducks hat and do a quick, understated fist pump every time I check the Ducks-Predators score on my phone.

One Down, Four to Go to Victory
1. Chicago and Dallas loose, Vancouver gets screwed and has to play Chicago.
2. Sharks choke (Ok, that’s not hopelessly optimistic)
3. Ducks and Coyotes prevail through really bad refereeing
4. Vancouver and Chicago have a huge bench clearing brawl, resulting in 7 injuries 18 suspensions, and one death (probably one of the Sedins).
5. Kings figure out power play, figure out how to play shutdown defense without Kopitar, and get lucky (by a series of incredibly fortunate events not currently forseen), win next two series
Frankly I'm a little miffed
I was looking forward to three playoff series involving BoC…

By the way, does anyone know what TV network these games are going to be on? I only can seem to find TSN. That’s only in Canada, right? How am I supposed to watch my local team play?
And if I could possibly get it on Center Ice, would these games be blacked out because they’re my local team? I wouldn’t want to pay up and then find out they’re blacked out.

The first 2 round of the playoffs will all be on your regular station. For us Sharks fans in the Bay Area that means CSN (Comcast Sports Network).
I don’t know what you have down there, but whatever you normally watch the Ducks on will be airing the games locally.

Oh, and I checked the FS networks, and schedules show Dodgers and Clippers having precedence. It makes total sense though, the baseball season has barely started and 1 game out of the thousand they play in a season matters more than the playoffs. And a team that was out of the playoffs at the halfway point of the season is more important than a team actually in the playoffs…
