Kings Gameday: Kopitar's Hit, Re-Enacted
How is Anze Kopitar still alive?
***
Remember when Mike Cammalleri talked about how excited he was to be in a "real" hockey town after he got traded from the Kings? Do you think he still feels that way? I've always thought that passionate fans were mostly terrible for a franchise.
Prediction: Kings win, 4-2. Kopitar has 2 goals, 2 assists, and then gets his head lopped off. He's ready to go tomorrow against the Oilers.

What else are they supposed to say? “Oh yeah it’s great being bothered all the time and having fucking nothing to do.”

It’s kind of like how they all talk about how nice the weather is when they get traded to L.A. because they can’t say “It’s great to play for the Kings/Ducks, because fans really drag down a franchise and I don’t trust air I can’t see.”

How is Anze Kopitar still alive?
Because he’s amazing, that’s why.
Now, Rudy, my question:
Quit lookin’ at me like that!To which Kings player is Anze most likely to say this?
It is that thing that I sent to you.
Brad Richardson because he has a perpetual duckface.
Alternative answer: the mirror.

Sutter is awesome
Question: You didn’t speak when you left last December…
SUTTER: "I didn’t know you had to. There you go.’’
Question: Is there a reason that you didn’t want to speak to the media upon your departure?
SUTTER: "For what reason?’’
Question: I think a lot of people were interested in the things you accomplished here. Looking back, do you maybe wish you had an opportunity to talk to some people?
SUTTER: "No. I talked to lots of people privately, but I don’t think I had to do it in a public forum.’’
