John Axford has a poll on his Facebook that encourages you to vote for his intro song this season. I recommend some Ennio Morricone.
Not a bad song either. Track 3. (H/T Rob Neyer)
A while back we had a discussion about the music that's played at Hurricanes games. I've put out an updated list of everything I've got in my "As Heard at the RBC Center" playlist. If you can think of anything I'm missing, let me know!
We are partnering with with Southbound entertainment to put on this show on Friday night. It should be cool and there will be cheap beer. Come out if your feeling froggy. It's at the bama in downtown T-town
PDF of at-bat music used by various Reds this year, courtesy of Reds Assistant Director of Media Relations Jamie Ramsey. It's quite possible Brandon Phillips has the best taste on the team. Or at least the most of it.
As some of you already know, I've had some minor success as an electronica artist overseas. That recognition got me signed to a label and my first 'official' single comes out Dec 7th followed by an EP on Dec 21st. It's already up on Amazon and iTunes and will also be available at about two dozen other online music retailers. Most of you probably won't like it - it's not music normally associated w/baseball - but a few of you might, so I figured a little plug here wouldn't hurt. If you would like to hear some of my music, go to the link above. Now you can all say you knew me when... :)
