The Kings released their TV schedule and Rich Hammond picked up this little tidbit:
Bob and Jim will also call two of the Kings-Ducks games at Honda Center, on Nov. 29 and Feb. 23. (The Ducks’ broadcasters will handle the April 8 game at Anaheim on KDOC)
Now it's possible it's some contractual thing but I hope, deep in my heart of hearts, that they did this because no one likes Brian Hayward.
...Of course, that's the motivation I ascribe to everyone for everything. Someone cuts me off in traffic? They're hoping I'm Brian Hayward. Plane crashes? Trying to hit Brian Hayward's house. Hurricane? God's trying to kill Brian Hayward. Makes sense, doesn't it?
