Question: Do dogs like it when you blow air into their face?
Observation: The subject, Magdalene MacScruff (AKA Maggsworth Bentley AKA Magvar LoveBones) barks when it's windy outside and chases the leaves that are blown by. She seems perturbed by them. She has also responded with barking to other blowing devices like vacuums and blow dryers, especially if you chase her with them while laughing maniacally.
Hypothesis: Maggie reacts negatively to wind and responds with anger.
Prediction: Maggie won't like it if I blow air into her face.
Experiment: I blow air into Maggie's face with my mouth. She first looks surprised. I try the experiment again. She responds by lunging with her teeth bared and bites the end of my nose. I shout, "Ahh! Goddamn dog!" as she scurries away.
Analysis: Maggie indeed does not enjoy having air blown into her face.
Report: My hypothesis was indeed correct and Maggie responds negatively to wind. Also, if anyone asks the cut on my nose is from playing hockey.
Lil' Oscar Moller is getting a shot at the big show tomorrow. He has a very important day. How does he prepare? By doing what any self-respecting Southern Californian does: he made a Mexican get him food:
Making my little mexican Alec Martinez come and get me so i can get some food in me..what a guy!
To be fair to Oscar, the fact that Martinez is of Latin descent is probably crazy to him since Oscar grew up in Sweden. He is probably still trying to figure out where Martinez keeps his burro. Oh Oscar, you have so much to learn about life. It's a scary world out there but the little guy will figure it out!
Prediction: Kings win, 4-2. Goals by Anze Kopitar, Ryan Smyth, Oscar Moller and Alec "Ole!" Martinez. I work on my new scientific question: does Maggie appreciate it when I hit her with a belt?
