Game sevens rule. A high-pressure situation with two teams who have played an evenly matched series and forced each other to the brink of elimination, all coming down to one night. Opportunities for unlikely heroes, potential for monumental mistakes. The stress makes the entire game completely unpredictable, and anything you know about either team and how they react can be thrown out the window.

Let me rephrase my first sentence - game sevens rule, when your favorite team isn't involved. Tonight is going to suck.

On top of that, with four out of six games having gone to overtime, the likelihood of this one also going in to overtime is pretty high, and a game 7 overtime between the Wings and Ducks is surely enough to kill me.

With the constant stress of knowing the Ducks are either about to be eliminated or about to eliminate the Wings, there's also the constant stress that I might do this...

This is indeed, a series that will make you shit yourself.

I don't think anyone questioned that this series was going to 7. We knew it would be hard fought. It had to be this way.

Whatever happens tonight, please accept my apologies for the mess I've made.
