Meet the New Guys

Death, taxes, and Jonathan Bernier being traded out of Los Angeles. All are inevitable and this past weekend finally had the Kings' "goalie of the future" become the Maple Leafs' "goalie that may start more often than James Reimer".

More importantly, what should we need to know about the two new guys, Matt Frattin and Ben Scrivens?

Well it looks like the end of the road for Dustin Penner as a King, as they went out and found this goofball to replace his antics. As for Scrivens, he will fill the "Ivy League sorta funny guy with limited minutes played" role that Kevin Westgarth previously held.

These guys are okay. Scrivens and myself also went to college together* so that's pretty cool.

(*Note: Scrivens actually went to a prestigious school. I was at the lesser, ugly step-child school in the same city at the same time, but whatever)

As for the Kings finally dealing Bernier, their super future guy...
