Battle of California Comments of the Week (Week 12)

This is a reoccurring weekly feature that awards the "El Burrito de la Victoria" trophy to the comments with the most amount of reader "recommendations" from the prior week. All recommendations are tallied shortly before this feature was posted. With any luck, this will encourage you to not only comment more often, but to be funnier.

For most of the week, the NHL was on their holiday break and games weren't played. And even when games were being played, you fools were busy with your families or whatever bullshit thing people do during Christmas, and you decided to not even bother commenting on the site. What a bunch of assholes.

Speaking of assholes, there were some highly-reccommended comments from people that were dealing with some idiotic, misogynst trolls on our site, and while we appreciate everyone calling out idiots, we're sticking with the spirit of our Burritos and only focusing on less serious comments.

The worst comments on the blog this week actually were deleted, and their author earned a ban. But for comments that didn't get deleted, but are still incredibly stupid, I'd like to direct your attention towards our Facebook page, where Sharks fans have apparently lost their minds. I know this isn't how we typically do things, but stay with me...

Most intelligent Sharks fans that I interact with, like the fine folks at Fear the Fin or our very own Stace, all agree that John Scott is a garbage player with nothing of value to add to their team.
