Take the next few games off

The Kings have quick jaunt up through Alberta these next few days. They, and wait for the shock here, are set to play against the NHL’s two Alberta hockey teams. The Flames and the Oilers are both well ahead of the Kings with points as of now. The Kings are closer to the Winnipeg Jets.

So skip the games! Go do stuff! Or don’t! Stay in and play video games or watch a movie. Really just go do anything else besides watch this team try and rebound at the last possible second to make the playoffs. They’ve done that all season anyway. They suck ass for 80-90% of the allotted time, and then try desperately to make up for things at the very end, getting just close enough to get your hopes up, before ultimately failing and falling over themselves in an embarrassing heap.

Hm. Okay so I don’t have anything better to do. Shit, I’m gonna be stuck watching this stupid inept team again. Forever. Until I die.

Plus, this game is at the cursed time of “Sunday evening”. There is no worse time for sports. Proven fact.

Prediction: The Kings fall behind the Flames 3-0, score two goals in the last five minutes of the game before conceding an empty netter after they turn the puck over when two guys on their own team run into each other. I drink my remaining alcohol before trying cleaning supplies.
